Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This place isn't nice enough, clean enough, or tolerable enough for the rent they charge. Our apartment was still dirty when we moved in, spotless when we moved out, and yet they still nicked us for our cleaning deposit. It shouldn't be labeled as a "deposit," it should be labeled as a "fee."
The tenants who live here leave much to be desired as well. Their kids are rude and run around, unsupervised, into the late night hours, swearing at each other. People tear through the parking lots like it's the Autobahn. We left the moment ou lease expired.
