Rents are high everywhere right now, for the price of rent, you get a lot for your money and their price seems to be better than the competition right now. Grounds are well kept, kids will always be noisy, but there's a real sense of community here which keeps me staying. It's nicest complex I have ever lived in. I don't plan on going anywhere for a long time.
