I have lived here for one year now and lovin it! great great school. clean, quiet, nice and big inside. The apartments are always doing events for kids and families. nice pool, nice playgrounds, they have restrictions on your balconies and what can be on them,wich I think is nice cause it keeps the community clean and neat looking. Also two weeks ago a little girl had gotten out of an apartment while her parents were sleeping. luckily she was taken to the front office but she was too young to tell them where she lived or anything. eventually she was back home with her parents but the front office notified everyone about it and had every child in the community come to the office and take a pic with there apt# and the west jordan police department was there to teach children about strangers and what to do if lost, they also gave the kids treats and coloring books with alot of other prizes. It was awesome! Like I said they are very caring and about families! If you have kids its the perfect community! its also close to Jordan Landing so you have lots of shopping, restraunts, and movies. It is on 5600 west so it is kinda far West but also quiet and peaceful. they are a brand new community with brand new school right across the street, like I said the school is AWESOME!!!Income restrictions do apply so the cert does take a little while just for a heads up incase your in little hurry to move (mine took about 2 wks) but well worth the wait.
