Although they are very nice on the outside...Looks can be deceiving. These apartments are beautiful but definitely have some problems.. First the staff and management are very rude and disrespectful, I have worked in Customer Service for 8 years and would never treat people/residents the way I have been treated! I can hear everything through the walls from my neighbors coughing to all sounds during the night(my guess is very poor insulation). I have this smell that will not leave my apartment and have been without blinds on my window for 3 days because they have all fallen off and have not been replaced. Be sure to read the lease agreement and ALL the fine print very carefully and ask all the questions you can think of because they do not disclose everything. As far as the pet policy goes I am still unsure as I signed a pet agreement stating a 350.00 deposit and pet rent of 25.00 but now I am being told that I live in the building that doesn't allow pets I have been told my management my only options are to either break my lease or sell my dog. I have only lived here for a couple weeks and am already looking for a new place to live because I don't think I can live here for 5 more months. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
