I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. I love them they are big and great price. We have had a lot of run in's with the manager and her boss. She is very rude and when you call her boss he doesn't want to listen to you because "no matter what he will take her side." Those are his words. We have called a lawyer a few times to take care of it and he was amazing b/c he took care of everything. The noise level is pretty loud. I live on the second floor and I can hear everything from the downstairs and upstairs neighbors. I hear their tv, them talking, kids crying, when they get into an arguement. If you are a person of any race besides white don't live here. We are a multi-racial family and all of our friends that are black or are multi-racial always have problems with the manager. She has been called on a few times about it but they still don't do anything. If you are white then it is a great place to live. Also if you live in a three bedroom in the winter it is always cold and in the summer it is always hot no matter how high you have a/c or heat on. Everyone I know has this problem

Are you sh*tting me? Just because its a different race, doesn't mean you need to call out "discrimination" if you have problems with them! Its sad how its too easy to do that nowadays. I know two people who are white that have lived there and had problems there. It can be anyone! That was the most idiotic comment I have ever read!

The funny thing is it's the truth i have first hand got to see how kim is with people who have walked through the door to rent an apartment if you have any tatoos or are of a different race you will have problems getting an apartment... because this manager has had problems in her personal life with different races of people she thinks that they are all the same.... she wishes that she could just fill the pool with dirt and make it into a flower pot cuz she hates her tenents and there children and all those who have pets.....
