I am writing in regards to Sunset Ridge Apartments in West Jordan Utah, I had and have many problems with this complex and management. As I look at your website i feel very mislead in every way. It all started with a pet policy that i was very unaware of and that was clearly not explained by your leasing consultant, then my paper thin walls...I can hear everything above and below me..your "sparkling pool and hotub" that still is not open for use and your "state of the art" fitness center that is open from 9am to 5pm when the average person is at work. It is impossible to get friendly customer service at this place. I have been very unhappy here and i signed my notice to vacate but because there are 29 apartments available I will have to stay my whole lease. If I were mananging this property I would ask myself "why are there close to 30 apartments available and why doesnt anybody want to renew their lease with sunset ridge apartments'!" Well this is exactly why I will not renew and will never recommend or refer this complex to anyone. I have contacted Evergreene Management before and got absolutely nowhere. Hopefully you take time to read this and take this into consideration before you lose more tenants.
