Yeah actually the funny thing is, is that if you just follow the rules and pay attention to what the leasing agents say and what you are signing you will love Sunset Ridge its a great place to live its just when you brake the rules and get animals in a non-pet unit and then get pet sanitation fees because your CHIHUAHUA pees all over the place or try and brake your lease or have unauthorized occupants in your apartment you'll will have problems just like any other apartment. And another thing Kim is not raciest, well i guess if your raciest against a** Holes all of us are guilty of being raciest. if you come up to me with an attitude your gonna get one back same with Kim and any one Else. yeah if some gang banger walks in there and is like yo show me an apartment with his pants down to his ankles yeah your kinda gonna be a little freaked out who wouldn't be...Any ways Sunset is great if your an honest person!

I don't know if Kim is raciest, but she treated me horribly I think it's more that she is just plain mean. I am an honest hard working student. I would never recomend these apartments to anyone.
