I have to agree with the majority of the people who say don't live here. I have lived here a few months and I am always having problems with the manager Kim. The other office staff is pretty nice though. But Kim has the final say on everything. The funny thing is when I talk to people who live around me they say they have the same problems with Kim. I only wish I had talked to people who lived in the complex before signing a lease b/c I can't get out of mine either. If you want to live here make sure you ask for an apartment up front b/c they keep those ones nice and clean on the outside and in the back where I live there is food and garbage on the ground. My sister actually came over the other night and there was two rats right outside by the steps. DISGUSTING!!! So, no I wouldn't recommend these apartments!

I am so happy now that I am finally out of that hell hole.... I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy... I am sure the person who commented before this worked there...What a shame...

Sorry, i wish i could have told you. I have to warn you though, they just sent me a 400 dollar bill for having a dog, breaking blinds, a dirty drip pan, and screw holes on the patio. funny thing is I never had a dog! the blinds were broke when i moved in and were never fixed, and i cleaned that place spotless! even rented a carpet cleaner. so don't expect your deposit back. they even put the water in my name... wtf

I am also having problems with Kim. I came home to a vacate note on my door because I forgot to sign one paper to re qulify ... and now I can't get them to call me back to see if for sure I need to move out! I really dont count on getting any of my depoist back for sure... when i moved in they never came and went over the list with me about what was broken before I moved in... so i am sure they will blame it all on me!
