The reviewer below me summed it all up. Stay away from this place, management doesn't care at all. I've lived here for three years, getting out as soon as possible.

Parking is a nightmare. As more of the riff-raff have moved in, I've been forced to park on the street behind the complex. I can't park in my spot anymore because my neighbors or their friends all use it. When they aren't using, maintenance is. I have a parking spot right below the stairs, and it's apparently up for grabs.

I've asked management to do something about it at least five times, but they told me that it's not technically my spot. I don't own it, the ridge owns it so their maintenance vehicles can park there. And they're not willing to change my parking spot to one of the other available ones, because they just aren't. (Ego trip) I'm a very nice person, I have been very polite about it. Now I'm forced to park on the public street behind the complex (where cars are broken in to and vandalized weekly.)

The apartments themselves are terribly constructed. I can hear my neighbor below me right now talking on his cell phone. If you have kids and don't want to tech them about the birds and the bees just yet, you want to stay away from The Ridge because they're going to ask you why the neighbors are making funny noises in the night.

The police are here all the time. There are noisy fights every weekend, without fail. I have been harassed before at night taking out the garbage.

There is a no smoking / no pets rule, but that's done nothing to deter smoking and pets. Plenty of dogs yapping at night, and the smell from my neighbor smoking rises up via the tubing in the laundry into my apartment.

The carpet on the stairway leading to my apartment has been torn up, and folded over ever since I've moved in here. If I were dishonest, I'd cause myself to trip on it and sue The Ridge.

When I first moved here, the place was nice for the first year or so. Then the good management quit.

I could go on all day, this place is honestly terrible, management doesn't care, and you will not enjoy living here.

If you are thinking of renting here, walk around the grounds. If you stay here for 30 mins or so, you will see what I'm talking about with the fighting and people screaming and kids destroying everything.
