I lived at Willowcove for over four years, and while I was there they were great. Yes there was noisy people and things like that, but that is part of aprtment living. They maintained things around the complex well, and their maintenance guys were great.
My troubles started with them about two weeks after I moved out. I got a letter stating that I owed them over $1,000.00. The carpet was not new when I moved in and I walked on it for over four years, so it was worn out. Their office staff told us it would be replaced, so I didn't worry about it.
I replied to them and got no answer, until over six months later I got a summons. I had to pay them for carpet that was lived on for over seven years.
Be careful and get everything they tell you in writing.

I also lived in WillowCove apartments and they messed up our rent agreement telling us that we could sell our lease and now we supposably owe then $5400 or we have to take it to court. I should have learned that you need everything in writing, but I am just a teenager.
