I would reccomend Willow Cove's new buildings towards the back of the complex, and the 3rd floor has the best apartments around! You get all the upgrades. Nice flooring, nice carpet, neutral paint(not white) on the walls, really nice counter tops, great looking appliances. I've never had a problem with customer service, they were kind enough to child proof my cabinets when I moved in(upon my request), and they fix everything as soon as the same day a complaint is placed. The only drawback is the fine print. But fine print was invented for that very purpose- to drive you crazy! Trying to break a lease can be costly, unless you do it the month after you moved in. But painful and expensive lease breaks are everywhere, after all a lease is a contract! As for renewing your lease, if you do decide to stay for another round, make up your mind before your "time is up", otherwise your rent could be increased by up to 34%...OUCH!
