So I have lived her for a year now and I am not renewing my lease. The reasons for it are because there is a lot of crime here. A couple months ago a girl was shot and killed and then raped by her boyfriend in the building next to mine. Also tonight our neighbors wife locked him out of the house at mind you this is like at 1:00 am and he was banging as hard as he could on the patio door screaming profanities and what not. Then he broke the window and got into the house the next thing the entire building heard was his poor wife screaming down the side walk "SOMEBODY HELP ME! HELP ME!" While he is chasing her. It was really scary. The police showed up and were looking thru there apartment and what not. For the price of the rent here it sure doesnt make sense to me to stay so we are moving to another apartment complex. I have never had a problem with crime in any of the other apartments I have lived in as I have here. Its not a good place to raise a family. Plus the electricity bill is so high during the summer months and you have to tip toe around your apartment at night between 10 pm to 8:30 am because this complex has a noise curfew which is ridiculous. But we havent had any problems other than the ones I have listed above. But we will just have to wait and see what the complex is going to charge us once we move out because no matter what apartment complexes are going to find whatever they can to suck some more money out of ya! You are retarded, there is a reason for the noise curfew. Because all of the frijoleros don't understand that some people actually need to be up before 8:00 for there buddies to pick them up.

So Im retarded because I happen not to agree with the curfew policy? That seems a little silly dont you think? I wasnt aware that placing my opinion in here would offend you so. I work at night so when I get home it is a little aggrivating that I have to tip toe around. But you're comment really makes you look stupid so I guess its fair.

Haha, that must be a kid that saying you are retarded. Cute. Anyway, before I got married and moved to the allegro apartments, I lived in one of the neighborhoods that is right next to willow cove. Not only did I get to here what was going on in there, like cop cars, I could even hear the parties late at night when I got home from work. It was ridiculous. After all of the crime, one of the west jordan police officers that I know quite well told me that every year around 70% of the calls come from willow cove. Sound a little high to you? Because of that reason and because of all the illegals living there, the police nickname this place "little east L.A.". I do have a few friends living here and they tell me that its a nightmare. I never even lived here, and this place scares the crap out of me.

I agree, it's bad..my last three months there, moved out last week, I had a family of -------- move above me, must of been about 10 of them in a 2 bedroom, loud music, and just coming and going at all hours...I am mexican myself, but really, some of your own race create bad names for themselves. It's really not the best place to live!
