This place is defiantly not worth the money I have lived in much better places then this for cheaper. There is a lot of crime here, just the other day my wife hard three gun shots while doing laundry, and I see people getting arrested here all the time. Driving through the parking lot the first few times is like trying to navigate a maze, and they lock the gates at night so if you work late only one gate is open after 10 pm. One can only ask why. Their laundry mat is a wreck everything is always broken and the machines always eat your money. The power often goes out because of the construction of nearby homes. When something breaks in the apartment say a light switch no longer works it will take them an average of 3 weeks to actual come by and fix it. And they often make up new rules and then try to charge you for it when it's not an agreement you signed in the lease. Keep going back to your lease if they try to charge you for something ridicules and tell them they are making a breach of contract.
