I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to think again. It is definately not worth the price. I have lived here one year and it started out nice the first few months. Then it went downhill. You pay for EVERYTHING..even a stinking parking spot under the stalls. $15 a month just to park under the stall. You don't even have an option on not wanting it. Dog crap is everywhere, no one cares to pick up after their dogs. The place has started renting to just about anyone, my building has more low class then anything. Kids ringing your doorbells and running off...loud mexican music, foul mouth cursing white trash, and kids throwing their candy trash on the stairs or your balcony if you live on the first floor. The club house is aweful. On the weekends it's impossible to wash laundry in the laundry room because it seems there are -------- from all over in there let in by their families or friends to use the machines, there HAS been a murder, constant drug dealing and the presence of police is often protrolling the area. Two cars in my immediate parking structure were broken into, and it's no ones fault except your own. You pay water, trash, gas, electric, property fees, parking fees, everything, my base rent is $769.00 but each month I have to write a check for about $825.00 with all the fees tacked on, then still by my other utility bills of gas, cable, electric, phone....it's very costly...RECONSIDER..I DID and have moved out now after my one year lease is up and found something MUCH BETTER and CHEAPER...and FREE PARKING!!!!

Tried to use the laundry room once, most of the machines did not work or were in aweful condition. So what I thought would be one load turned into two loads. I went to my apartment and came back with more change and some hispanic lady had dumped my clothes out on the washer and was trying to steal my laundry basket by moving it out of sight.

so, if you do your laundry on Sunday, in the facility in building..20 or 22.. I am not positive, then there is NO ONE there. Also, I live in the back of the complex, and haven't had one single problem with Crime! I came from a small town, and has my car broken into more there.
