Well where to start... Back 3 years ago we moved there because it was a decent price and very strict with the rules and well kept. We lived there on and off for two years and things were good. Then we moved back last year and the place had gone to crap! They used to send out memos and actually enforce the rules! They would do credit checks and verify your work and references, now it seems they don;t care who they rent to. NOW WHEN YOU HAVE A 4 PERSON FIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR WINDOW THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND NEXT TIME TO CALL THE POLICE!!! We have had a total of 3 FLOODS in our apartment. We had kids on the top story throwing blinds, papers, toys and trash in our porch. Then they supposedly enforce the PET POLICY, when we went and rescued a puppy from a balcony after calling and reporting it twice (they did nothing)! BUT IF YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE ON RENT YOU HAVE AN EVICTION NOTICE THEN NEXT DAY!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF... our apartment was BROKEN into and some little kids STOLE our Kitten. The complex said they couldn't do anything but go knock on the apartment door (even thought we had a witness who gave us all the kids information). DID THEY...I DON"T THINK SO, I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THEM. BUT WHEN WE MOVED OUT THEY SURE HAD WORDS FOR US WITH $$$ DOLLAR SIGNS $$$... Even though the kids that broke in the apartment did the damage they still tried to charge us for it.
NOW about 2 years ago I would say go for it... But if you want to be able to sleep at night without having to worry about your safety and well being then DON'T RENT THERE. Over the last year we have had 1 shooting, vandalized properties, stolen animals, they sold the dog park, and an overall trashy atmosphere. If you are in the apartments by the office then you don't have to worry, but if you rent the ones in the back they are crap and not taken care of.
The parking is another big issue, they have the COVERED parking spots (which you MUST purchase for $15 a month) not even close to your apartment... but all the close spots are open to anyone, so you get all the party kids parking there and then you have to hike to your apartment and then at 3 in the morning they all leave (not quietly).
Also the lighting, two years ago they had light posts everywhere, but with time they took them out and the dog park. SO now you have to walk your dog in the dark and hope that they patrol officer is actually working. They have random months where you will actually see an officer and then for like 3 weeks when the complex is having shootings and stolen cars and vandalism you won't see an officer in sight.
LEAKING CEILING, before we ever even moved in we caught a leaking ceiling so we had to postpone our move in by 3 days so they could fix it. WELL THEY DIDN'T FIX IT and had to come back 4 months later and REDO the job!!!
Very Unsatisfied Experience

This is the worst place in west jordan by far and the management could care less about what happens to you after you move in. Even the cops i talked to hate this place and can't figure out why its even there. its that bad.
