My boyfriend and I moved in about 3 weeks ago. We are loving the place. Every issue we've had (clogged tub and other maintenance problems) has immediately been taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better place to live!

Well, you have only lived there for 3 weeks. I didnt really have any complaints either until I moved out. Then they tried to charge me $200 for painting when the walls were white when we left and tried to charge me $55 because my carpets were extra dirty?? LOL! We got that straightend away by calling the actual company that manages willow cove since the people in the office were complete dumb ---'s. So it'll be fun to see if you sign a new lease or leave after your lease is over and then we will see if your opinion changes. I know mine did.
