I have lived at Willow Cove for three years. When I first moved in I loved it. They recently got new management and they are terrible. My lease ends April 30th and I was going to go sign a new lease. They want over $900 for a one bedroom apartment, I got a new apartment lease going now where I rent a 2 bedroom for that price and It's very nice. The crime at Willow Cove is terrible. In a one year period my car was broken into 6 times and stolen once. I would highly recommend NOT living here. Crime is awful, rates are awful and management is a complete joke. The only one who treated me decent here was the manager of Maintenance. I dont see why I got treated so badly here I paid on time for 3 years. This place is a joke dont move here! And actually there has been a murder here. A little girl was shot about 1 year ago. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

They are only nice to you when they find out you are planning to move out and when you do move out they will screw you over.

Oh yeah trust me they're already trying. When I moved in my patio was caving in because their rain gutters leaked onto my patio and made the wood rot. Took over 2 months for them to come and fix it and now they're trying to throw the bill on me. Everyones post that i have read is right, its fine when you move in here but just wait it will get worse!
