They are absolutely horrible. All they want is just money. Their rent is much higher than other apartments and everytime you need to renew your lease, you would see a huge increase. They may show you a low rent at first then the trick is that everything is not included! You have to pay parking, garbage, water and sewer, and everything else... If you want to move out, they send you many offers about reducing your rent for a little bit but you still get a big increase. They will send everyone a huge bill after they move out, no matter how clean your apartment is! And if you don't pay it within 15 days, you account will be sent over for collection. I am upset that I was charged for partial paint of the apartment while all my wall is white, nice and clean. I have minimal furnitures so there was no damage or any line on my wall. My response from them was that they charge everyone for that. Carpet cleaning and drip pan on the stove are something you will be definitely charged as well. I have rented many apartments and never got so ripped off!

Yeah when I went to go sign a new lease i had an increase of $150 my new place doesnt even go above $40. I just moved out and before i left they told me we wouldnt be charged for much since we lived there so long and its normal to have damage. HAHAHA like i belive that! Amazing almost every response for willow cove is bad haha
