Lived there for 2 years and it was the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They are charging us $3000 for stupid repairs that they wouldn't fix before we left. We had 3 floods, mold growing everywhere(and I had a newborn while living there), broken garbage disposal that no one ever came to fix. The maintenance guys were nice and hard workers, but there just wasn't enough of them for the large complex. After about 6 months to a year of living there, there was huge blood stains starting to show up after the floods soaked our carpet. I know there had to be a murder in our apartment before. It was really creepy and extremely cold in the bedroom. I also had federal agents knock on our door several times looking for a murderer. Also there is an area on 9400 South behind the apartments where there are major drug deals.
