This apartment complex has a terrible crime problem. Children run around unaccompanied and unsupervised. Make sure you have comprehensive auto insurance as your vehicle is in danger of being vandalized or broken into. Although only four occupants are allowed per complex (2BDR) it's quite obvious some are jam packed with 6-8 residents many of which are section 8 recipients living on welfare. Some of the residents are the "gangsta" or "thug" type meaning they have no jobs, education, and deal drugs out of their apartments. They glare at you with a menacing/threatening look when you check your mail. Management is incompetent to say the least. The only positive aspect is they've managed to get the West Jordan Police Department to conduct routine patrols of the area. Construction is shoddy for example the floors are cheap linoleum which easily reveals scuff marks. If you're desperate then I suppose you have no choice, but if you're not then KEEP LOOKING!

Yeah my car was broken into 5 times and then stolen once! I called management and complained about the night patrol, and instead of being considerate etc the manager Patty told me it was my problem and I needed to deal with it, it wasnt her problem!!!!!!!!
