They have teenage girls running the front office with major attitudes. When we moved in, the apartment was okay looking except for one major thing -- the carpet. I wasn't expecting it to be new or anything, but it had huge rips everywhere and stains and smelled bad. It was also the most matted shag carpet I have ever seen. It really made the place look horrible. We tried to fight this matter with no success. What really bothered me, however, was the attitude that Denyse gave us from the beginning. She said we could go live somewhere else if we wanted to and said it with the nastiest and most evil smirk I have ever seen anyone have. This was so unwarranted since we had remained completely civil the entire time. She obviously abuses the power she has. We complained about Denyse to the head manager, Patti, who just made excuses for Denyse's behavior without saying she would talk to her or look into it, etc. This is just one example, but we have had about 3-4 other encounters in the last year and half that we have been here with the management (different employees too) ending with same result -- more excuses with no accountability. I don't feel like we are picky people. I try not to cause drama or commotion, but you would never know that with the way the have treated us. Avoid the headache and stay away from Willow Cove.

just wait until Denyse tells you that the neighbors that are selling drugs and parting all night are your problem and you have to talk to them. And when you explain that you have and have been told to "f*ck off". She'll then send you a threatening letter, telling you have to respect other peoples culture.

Why am I not suprised. It's really ridiculous that the management can get away with this attitude. I mean, this is where we live. Is there anyone we can complain to?
