I have read most of these reviews and they are insane and obviously over exaggerated.
I have lived here since last October and love it. I have two small children who go to the local school and they love it, the bus picks them up on the property its very convenient. One time I was not able to be home before they got home from school and they "Horrible" people in the office called me and let me know that they were in the clubhouse watching t.v. I just signed a new lease with only a $20.00 increase! My neighbor who is wonderful has lived here for over 10 years... If this was such a horrible place I dont think anyone would live here that long.

Don't be fooled, it's a jail. You might be having good luck now but guaranteed there will be a time when you need them to back you up and they will not. The only reason it's been so good for you is because you haven't TRIED to leave- that's when your troubles really start. They will do everything they can to make it so that you cannot leave. They are basically good people, but there's too many apartments there and they cannot keep up. They don't get rid of the trouble makers fast enough because they want the money and they won't let the good people go when they want to go because......oh yeah they want the money.
