I liked living there!

I lived at Willow Cove for 10 months with my husband and we really liked it, but this might be because of where we lived in the complex. We lived in the very back in apartment building 14. We could hardly hear our neighbors even though they had young children and loud TVs.
No one ever parked in our cover stall so it was always available to park in and it was close to our apartment and my husband could always get a close stall even later at night. The gates to the complex were a pain though, you never knew if they were really going to be locked or unlocked since they were so unreliable.
The staff never really bothered us and always gave us proper notice when they wanted to come into the apartment, but sometimes they were hard to talk to since they went through employees rather quickly so the last person you talked to most likely doesn't work there anymore.
The grounds are in pretty sad condition which didn't bother me because I never played outside or went to their pool, but they did remove the snow of the sidewalks and roads really quickly when it snowed.
They fixed problems quickly when I called them and usually went above and beyond what I asked, but scheduling appointments was a joke. I'd ask them to come on thursday, but they'd come Wednesday or Friday and leave a note saying that they didn't have permission to enter so I'd have to call back.
Moving out wasn't a hassle but I also gave them proper notice, they only thing that I thought was unreasonable was that they charged me $114.00 for new paint and carpet cleaning. I think that those aren't things that the renter should have to pay for because carpets get dirty and paints not that expensive.
For the most part it was a nice place to live and I would live there again if I needed to.
