we have been residents for over a year now from the long list of problems that have been addressed they were never taken care of!! the complex is very loud, they provide promises that they cannot keep, and the BIGGEST is that you must provide 60 days notice if not you will be screwed!! they want me to pay rent when i will not be occupying the residence which is a bunch of crap but look it up its in the FAIR HOUSING ACT or so they say! not to mention the rent isn't fair across the board!! i know of several people paying less than i am! WATCH OUT!!

This is completely true. We refered someone to live there and found out that thier rent (for the exact same model of apartment) is almost $200 cheaper a month

it's because of the special they offer when you move in. Not everyone gets the same special. The 60-day notice is in my lease agreement. That is why they hold you to it. It's not their fault that you can not remember to give notice. I gave notice and moved out with out any problems. I bet you will read your contact next time.

I don't work for this complex or anything, but requiring a 60-day notice to vacate is common in rental leases, and it certainly was IN YOUR CONTRACT which you obviously did not bother reading. Sorry, but this is your fault. I admit it doesn't seem intuitive to have to provide a notice to vacate even though your contract is ending, but it nevertheless is required pretty much everywhere. Also, the same floorplans will vary in rental cost based on timing (when demand goes up, the prices will go up---basic economics) and based on location (units with great views will be more expensive, units closer or farther from the entrance and clubhouse will differ, etc.). I hate that people apartment complexes, and other services and products for that matter, bad reviews because of their own irresponsibility. Disgusting.

Yes, lponce487, it's the apartment management company's fault some dude murdered his family there. Also, reviewer/bobalue2001, if the company violated some "fair housing act", particularly if you have been able to "look it up" and locate it, like you say, you have recourse through the judicial system. Use it and stop whining. My guess is that you're full of crap and just BSing about the law.

hey anonymous, what should i call you, oh wait you don't have the balls to show who you are, and ive noticed you have commented on every bad review here, of course you work for them -------! get a life! and ofcourse its their fault, good rental companies care about their tenants and choose who can live in their apartments duh! get yer facts straight!
