In a nutshell, this place is awful. The so called "fitness center" is nothing more than a converted storage area with a broken treadmill, bike, and "total gym". Seriously, it's four pieces of equipment. Drug activity is common and the West Jordan Police Department constantly responds to complaints in the complex. Officers recently responded to the apartment adjacent to mine for drug activity. Noise is a major problem. The children are loud, obnoxious and run around unaccompanied. Although there are restrictions on how many occupants can be in an apartment that rule is never followed. Many 1,2 bedroom units have as many as 8 occupants. Management is totally inept. Do not expect them to get anything accomplished as their ONLY goal is to rent out units. They will more than likely give you false promises if you have anything that needs to be repaired or fixed. If you absolutely have to move in make sure YOU GET EVERY PROMISE IN WRITING! I challenge anyone who's considering signing a lease in this dump to visit the complex for a few hours, especially around dusk. You might witness meth addicts smoking in the basketball court like I did.

Here's a link to the murder suicide.

i totally agree i live there for three horrible years, and i also had so many issues they never fixed. THEN when i signed the form to move out, then they FINALLY started fixing stuff, i was so pissed off about everything, i just should have not even cleaned it or spent money on repairing it, they only gaves 40.00 back. ugggh! this frustrates me, i am so happy we got out of there.

I live here and can vouch for the drug use; the second day of living here, there was a syringe in the parking lot right by my car! In addition to the murder suicide that happened there in December 2009, another murder took place here in 2007. In 2006, a unit in building 7 was evacuated by the Salt Lake Valley Health Department because it was contaminated with methamphetamine (a report of the cleanup can be obtained by the public by calling the SLVHD; the unit number is 7-10). That being said, my stay here for the past five months has been pleasant, and the two or three maintenance requests I have put in were promptly addressed. The neighbors around me are nice, pleasant, and responsible.

VIEWING Â? Curious to check out one of the apartments? Bring a flash light, or a lamp. The living room has no lights so youÂ?ll totally miss seeing the condition of the apartment fully. After I signed my contract and started moving stuff in, I finally got a light to plug into one of the living room outlets. I was so shocked at the condition of my carpet. Cool-aid stains and cigarette stains. The walls havenÂ?t been painted in forever and are covered with cigarette tar and smoke. My carpet had pet hair everywhere. I vacuumed and vacuumed. Yeah, they clean the carpets, but the carpet crew is in and out within minutes. IÂ?ve seen them come and go as fast as they can because they have no supervision. Oh, all the light bulbs in the apartment were 60amps, so not bright enough to see any of the ugliness they try to hide. I wonder if they charge former tenants to fix all this stuff but never do and then charge you as well when you leave. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF EMAILS IÂ?VE SENT ABOUT CONDITIONS WHEN I MOVED IN. IÂ?M READY FOR A LEGAL WAR IF THEY CHOOSE TO CHARGE ME A DIME. SMOKING - The weather is beautiful this time of year, but don't even think about opening your windows to enjoy the spring air. You'll be breathing in cigarette smoke the entire day. Yes, residents are allowed to smoke on their balconies (only a few feet from your open windows). Today I woke up from a nap and my bedroom was full of cigarette smoke. I got up to turn on my AC's fan to circulate some smell good spray I sprayed. I got back into bed and a few minutes later my downstairs neighbor was smoking WEED/POT/MARY J and that came into my room. Hope I don't need a drug test at work anytime soon. THE GYM - Eww. The gym consists of two in-home gym machines that barely work, a piece of crap treadmill, a piece of crap bicycle and a piece of crap elliptical. We all received news letters on our doors and was told to go check out the new gym. HAHA. The same old equipment, just rearranged, some mirrors and I think a new floor covering. Most pathetic apartment gym I have ever seen in my entire life. Move here, be prepared to get a gym membership somewhere. STAY OFF THE GRASS - Unless you like cleaning poop off of your shoes. BATHROOM SHOWER - Bring a moisturizing soap and then invest in a bunch of lotion, or shower at a gym or friends house. The water is so hard in this apartment complex, you'll be itching as soon as your body dries after a shower. If youÂ?re not sure what hard water means, look it up. It leaves soap scum on your body. HARD WATER Â? Like to keep your car clean in the summer? Better park somewhere else. The sprinklers spray your car with HARD water and leaves spots all over your car. You canÂ?t drive through a car wash to get these spots off, you have to scrub these spots off of your car. Gosh people, I could go on and on about this place. Seriously, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. If residency begins to go down, it might cause management to straighten up their poor acts up.
