I could write a book about all the problems with Woodgate and management. Was promised apt would be in 'move in condition', arrived with movers and found carpet soaked and dirty. Movers had no place to put furniture down without getting wet. Office staff showed NO interest whatsoever (never even came over to view apt) besides calling carpet company to come clean carpets who told me would take about 9-12 hours to fully dry. Sat in apt for 8 hours with furniture stacked along wall and fans blowing to dry carpet. At 11 p.m. that night bedroom dry enough to put bed together, apt humid from damp carpets/fan, so raise blind to open window and get air (blind promptly falls off and hits my night table taking out chunks of wood) - so no blinds/privacy for 2 days (office closed for weekend/holiday and security never responds) - then office mgr when told of what happened says "but don't you have insurance'" - takes them 3 trips to fix blinds correctly. AND, this was just the first day.....told you I could write a book!
