These apartments are nice but we have really struggled with the windows leaking (leak so bad that the blinds move when the wind blows and the noise from outside is horrible. You can hear conversations from across the courtyard perfectly, and we have had to call the police SEVERAL times to kick people out of the pool at 2:00 in the morning! Storage has also been a problem along with small closet space. When we moved in our apartment was a mess and there was mold in the front closet and around some of the fixtures. I was 7 months pregnant and not about to bring a newborn baby into a filthy moldy apartment, so we complained and they moved us to another building. The new apartment is definately better but not the best.
