We have lived here for about 2 years. We have had problems with windows leaking. The construction behind is horribly noisy and never-ending. They started building behind when we moved in and they are still going today 2 years later. It's taken about a week for management to respond to appliance problems. There was a microwave with peeling paint, and they took that away to replace it with a rigged microwave that some amateur had messed with. I hope we didn't get radiation exposure from it since it doesn't seem properly sealed . We had a visitor trip on their stairs and split his head open on the railing. The outside light in that hall was out. We left a message about it, that it's already resulted in a serious injury. I don't think they got around to fixing it for about a month or two. The maintenance people are always driving around in golf carts and I've nearly ran over lots of handicapped people speeding around the bends of the parking lot in the middle of the road. All in all, not a great experience. They do leave us alone for the most part and the neighbors haven't been too troublesome, but that's just luck I guess. Now that it's time to renew rent, they won't let us do a 6 month lease. They always have before. They keep babbling about 7, 8, maybe 9 months at least. I really don't see the incentive to stay any more.
