My husband and i have been living here for several months in a 1 bedroom apt. We live in a relatively remote building on the 3d floor. That's the way to go since there are several pros - it's very quiet, nice high ceilings. I am pretty sure the apt was only rented once before us - it looks super clean and new. Management is pretty nice and responsive. They send handyman the same very day we leave a request. I do agree they cheap out on materials when doing interiors, but that is common for rented apartments. I would recommend it, but I see how buildings in the middle can be noisier and less secluded. If you rent, rent on the 3d floor - less noise from neighbors and more privacy.
