Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I've had the license plates stolen off my car twice in the last two years, my next door neighbors apartment was broken into last month.

Other than that, the staff is nice, repairs get done reasonably promptly. The rent with utilities (that aren't included) comes to about $1200-1300 a month.
