DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
15 Reasons to not live here...
1. The office staff is horrible and unprofessional. They yell at residents, don't return phone calls and have very bad attitudes.
2. The lawn mowers start mowing very early on Monday mornings.
3. The appliances are very much out of date.
4. There is dog crap everywhere.
5. The maintenance staff is nice, but not very knowledgeable.
6. Security is worthless. They just sit in their cars and don't patrol.
7. The pool is disgusting.
8. The sauna does not work.
9. The hot tub is nasty too.
10. They nickel and dime you with fees.
11. Notices from office staff are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
12. Cars are broken into.
13. Fines are given with no proof.
14. The apartment is VERY drafty and cold.
15. There are tons of stray cats all over that live on and under residents cars. Several people have cat scratches all over their cars.
