I wrote the last review and would now have to say, unfortunately, that you should not move here. Since we've signed our second year lease the management has changed and everything has gone down hill. It seems the nationality of people is less diverse (all hispanic now). There is loud bumping music frequently and there has been graffiti on the buildings on more than one occasion. The maintenance seems less willing to help than before. They respond in a timely manner but don't really fix the problem so we have to call them out multiple times for one problem. The fixtures (stove, fridge, dishwasher) are VERY old and need to be replaced. I do have to say that they still keep up the grounds very nicely (the graffiti was cleaned up within the week). The new management seems nice enough just not quite as friendly as the previous.
