People,

Please do not move into this place. As another user has said the nationality prefrence of the management is from below the border. while alot of these people are hard working, you do feel sometimes like you live in a border town.

It also seems that the credit check or screening check policy that the yhave is somewhat inaffective as you will see and smell the cooking of drugs. And the broken beer bottles in the parking lot and trash all over the place are not good eye pleasers as well.

Also you will hear loud bass from cars coming in and out mor then likely on a weekend and it does get annoying. It seems the management company whom runs the place fires or moves the managers every few months so building a good relationship is non-exant.

One last thing, they will inspect your apartment every three months for "Safety" for some people that is a real pain in the butt, especially when they conviently do it when you are not home.

so as I said STAY AWAY from this place at all costs.....
