Do not move here if you are smart. The grounds look horrible. The maintenance lets themselves in whenever they please. And the management here is very rude and do not know the meaning of when someone is physically handicapped. They would rather claim one of their residents are not in a wheelchair. They keep raising the price to live here and these apartments are rather small and not worth what they ask. The fixtures are horrible and half the time don't do the job they are supposed to do. And no pets' for the ammount of money people pay for these roach motels here they should be able to have pets! Also you get no included utilities and no free cable either. So living here you have to work 2 jobs if you wanna live a normal life.

If you hated it so much why would you live there 13 years??? I NEVER had a problem, they even replaced my refrigerater the day after i reported it (the delay was because i called at 10pm) They were great and the apartment was quite Large! I have no idea where you could come up with "these apartments are rather small" How big do you want it??

Youd think that depreciation alone would keep the price rent here at ease. But what keeps this place chuggin along, is the constant influx of illegal aliens into West Valley and Pentalon aiding and abetting this criminal behavior. Going to be nice when Utah Senate Bill 81 goes into effect next year.
