I think that the management is good about resolving and taking care of problems and they are friendly. When i report maintanence issues to the management they are prompt about getting things fixed. Since new management things have improved a lot. It was very noisy in the past but since new management it has improved a lot. Safety was really bad before new managemnt arrived. Since new management I feel a lot safer and they have installed better lighting the new management has taken care of problem tenants. Love having a washer and dryer in my apartment and it is affordable to rent new managment provided that service. Since new management has been here they have installed new washers and dryer in on site laundry room.
