Excellent Apartment Complex - I currently live in Promise Landing, in one of the 3 bedroom units. The rent is only $625 and includes bonuses like a pool and gym, as well as on-site laundry (although my unit has w/d hook-ups). The management is great and always quick to respond to any concerns.
