not good.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Contrary to what some of the other reviews said, I think the walls are quite thin. Often times my neighbor's TV kept me up at night. I also had problems with things (food, jewelry, clothing, etc.) being stolen from my apartment and mail being stolen from my mailbox. An offer for an American Express credit card was also stolen from my mailbox and someone applied for it in my name. I reported the thefts (which had to have been committed by an employee of 3001 Park Center Apartments with access to the mailroom and apartments) to management on numerous occasions and they were not at all symapathetic or helpful. Most of the appliances have not been replaced since the building was built and therefore do not work very well. My dishwasher would not clean my dishes and and my washing machine needed to be repaired frequently. The gym is quite small with out-dated equipment as well. The apartment above mine apparently had problems with their plumbing too because I had water leaking into my apartment from above on quite a few occassions. To 3001's credit, the lobby is lovely (it looks a lot like a hotel), management periodically throws parties for the residents, there's a good little deli attached to the apartment building, and they serve continental breakfast on saturdays, but these few pros do not make up for the many cons.
