Would Not Renew Lease

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
 
I have lived here for over 7 years. Without a doubt, the current management team is the worst I have experienced. Electric rate was recently increased by almost 40%. Management has cut services, such as 24 hour desk service but wants to increase rent when time for renewal.
