It has been the worst apartment experience that I have ever lived through. Absolutely horrendous. Carrie Oelze and Kim Lear are the management team and they are very unattentive and rude. My roommate and I had our apt declared uninhabitable because of the pipe burts, sewage leakage and back up, and other problems related to plumbing. The apt across the hall was vacated because two pipes burst over Thanksgiving and ruined virtually everything in th apt.
