Hit-or-Miss experience here; water problem is widespread in the building. For almost a year my small unit had a lot of water damage - took them forever to get it under control (still a problem). The unit stinks like sewer and I get huge headaches when home. In spite of this, they raised my rent almost $200; of course, I'm moving out. Way too much money - you can get a better deal for less money elsewhere. Office staff is OK - front desk lady can be rude.
