Apartment was spacious, but track lighting, cabinets and carpeting made it look somewhat dated.

The whole time I lived there, there was a strange odor to the place when you walked in the front door of the unit.

People would pile trash in the trash rooms without putting it down the trash chute.

Covered parking place was expensive @ $75/month. You have to use a passcard not only to get into the parking lot, but also to get out of it. There is no short-term visitor parking, unless you can find a parking place on the street.

When lease came up for renewal, the increase was shocking. I found a nice apartment complex not too far away for approximately my original lease rent.
