I would highly recommend 3001 to anyone. Having lived here for over 5 years, I can tell you the staff is first-rate. Basic Sead is the most amazing manager. He looks out for the residents, ensures things are done on time and always done with a smile. He never passes you without saying hello and genuinely cares. He is a big reason to move into 3001. If you call to rent, ask for him.
