I just recently moved out of 3001 Park Center. It was a horrible place to live. The building looks nice but it is falling apart inside. The kitchens are outdated and the carpet is 10 years old.The maintenance staff are rookies and cannot be trusted. I had jewelry stolen from my apartment when they came in to fix a leaking faucet.The new property manager doesn't know what he is doing and is obviosly not qualified. I heard he was previosly the maintenance man. He is also a big drinker so I hear from my neighbors.They just recently laid off a very helpful long term employee without any notice. That shows how poorly they treat their residents and staff. Thumbs down to 3001 Park Center.
