2 friends have also rented apartments since I started living here, and both are just as satisfied. It has been a great exprience, and is a surprisingly good deal. I have a view of DC from my beautiful, large windows, a very comfortable floorplan, thick walls, all the amenities I could want, a trash shoot right down the hall, friendly neighbors, free and plentiful parking, the list goes on. I would highly recommend this complex.
