3001 Park Center Apartments

3001 is not luxury apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   I think 3001 needs to re-evaluate the standard operating procedures for "luxury" apartments. The apartments need a major face-lift as well as the grounds. The management team needs major improvements in customer services and impersonal skills. The amenities are not worth mentioning, the gym needs remodeling and repairing, the business center is not functional, you are overcharged with utilities. Finally, it is very difficult to resolve problems other than moving out.
