3001 Park Center Apartments

What you see is not what you get. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The management of 3001 is extremely unprofessional. The current property manager appears aloof with poor interpersonal skills to address ongoing concerns of the residents. The utility, gas, water, and electric bills are out of control. The average monthly (utility) bill ranges between $130-160.00 per month. The ongoing mismanagement and the waste of residents' resources is worthy of noting. Get with the program 3001, the resident work very hard for our money and we demand good stewardship.
