Think Twice - You do not get what you pay for.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
When you go looking for a "luxury" apartment, you look at Management, the management is poor; impeccable customer service, the customer service (Property Manager) needs ongoing people orientation, and on-going training and courses on Customer Service 101; accessibility to pickup packages and other mail, front desk closes at 8:00p; limited social parties planned by management,the apartments needs upgrades, and the gym needs a major face lift.
In other words, front the top on down, there needs to be more customer care and attention to customer service.
