Unresponsive Staff & Disappearing Amenities

Management used to be top notch here as were the numerous amenities (which included a doorman and a volleyball court and a hot tub that worked properly and most importantly, utilities were INCLUDED). One by one these things have disappeared while management has turned over more times than I can count. The leasing and maintenance staff is unresponsive and incompetent yet very friendly. They think their friendliness will make up for their lack of ability. Problems get fixed only to resurface just days or weeks later. Utility prices are insane. The whole building is filled with smokers and dog owners. The best part of the place is Julio one of the maintenance men.

WOW SO THE DOG S... IS THERE TOO I'M WATCHING AND TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYONE WHO DOES NOT CLEAN UP THE CRAP. THE CITY HAS BEEN CALLED
