After spending six-years at 3001, it has become expensive to live there. The rent will increase about $155 more each year and the utility bill ranges between $145.00 to $165.00. When renting at 3001, take in consideration the monthly utility bill. It is expensive and you cannot control your heating and cooling. There is no individual meter for each unit and the water meters do not work.

To control your heating and air conditioning, there is a little box on the wall called a thermostat. Set that to the desired temperature and watch it work. You will be amazed.

HEY DUCTMAN YOU ARE STUPID I AM THE MAINTENANCE MAN DUMMY. I AM SIMPLY TELLING AT PARK CENTER AT 2701 PARK CENTER THE THERMO CAN BE SET AT 60 AND NEVER GO BELOW 70. ANY IDIOT LIKE YOURSELF KNOWS THAT. WE ARE STATING WE PAY FOR THE COMMON AREAS FOR AC/HEAT WE HAVE NO BOX IN THE HALLWAY TO SET. COME OVER HERE AND CHECK IT OUT THE LOADING DOCK IS ALWAYS OPEN PLUS THE FRONT DOOR. AND THE GARAGE DOORS TOO.
