Management Deficiencies Loom

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I have experienced two management groups during my tenure here. The current one falls short of the superior standards of the former. This especially come through in the quality of small volume of incoming tenants and the large volume of outgoing tenants. It looks better than it is in reality. Monthly charges are out-of-line with the level of services provided.
